What this website collects

Nothing is stored on this website. There are no user accounts, no login, no database, no cookies set by us, and no advertising or analytics scripts.

• The cruise enquiry form runs entirely inside your browser. It validates what you type, then builds a WhatsApp message on your device. Your name, travel date, guest count, preference and notes are never transmitted to, or saved by, this website or its servers.
• We do not use cookies, pixels, or third-party tracking. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
• We do not ask for, and do not want, payment card details, identity documents or any special category personal data through this website.

WhatsApp enquiries

When you tap a WhatsApp button or send an enquiry, WhatsApp opens with a message prepared for you. Sending that message is your choice. From that point the conversation happens inside WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta, and your phone number, profile name and message content are handled under WhatsApp’s privacy policy. We see the messages you choose to send us and keep them only as long as needed to answer your enquiry and arrange your cruise.

Phone calls

If you call the number on this website, your call is handled by the operator or their phone network. We do not record calls. Any details you share on a call are used only to respond to your enquiry.

Hosting and technical logs

This website is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes standard technical request data such as your IP address, device type and the pages requested, for the purposes of delivering the site, keeping it secure and diagnosing faults. These logs are generated by the hosting platform rather than by us, and are handled under Vercel’s privacy policy. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors.

Links to other websites

This site links to Google Maps (to help you find Punnamada) and to an independent houseboat platform, BoatingBooking.in. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and once you follow a link you are subject to them rather than this policy.

Children

This website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Cruise enquiries should be made by an adult.

Your choices

Because this website does not store your data, there is normally nothing for us to export or delete. If you have sent us a WhatsApp message or made a call and would like the details of that enquiry removed from our chat history, contact us on +91 77361 01349 and we will remove it where we can.

Changes to this policy
